When 4.0 comes out and all the new features come out(such as multitasking) and take less battery, couldn't hackers also just steal apples software and make multitasking easy and non-battery draining? If apple can do it without changing any hardware is say a 3GS, why cant hackers?

I don't know enough about the phones capabilities so if this is ludicrous just say it
comments/ideas?

On a side note, this would have to make cydia check what type of device you are using so that it doesn't overload your device(i think).

I'm sure they could... But I bet its way more involved. If it was just that easy they would've done it in the first place. But I'm sure apple will end up making newer Daemons that will make it run much smother with less battery usage.
I'm sure it can be done, but nobody wanted to put that much time into it.

in cydia we have backgrounder and it kind of the same as multitasking. however, when you use backgrounder your battery life drain much faster and the performing is way too slow.
i think multitasking of the iphone OS 4 would be the best.
