I believe not sense the builtin speakers only have two small speakers! So buy some almost speakers/reciever that handle Atmos!

The new Studio Display definitely has it listed as a feature, the question is does it work on a Windows system:

I doubt it. Windows isn’t a supported system so it won’t have drivers for every feature of the display. If you get sound from it then it will probably be stereo. Would be cool to be wrong.

ok ，i think cant use，I asked some people have dual system(macos % win ),says just normal speaker funtion in windows。
