Now that High Sierra is out, if I walk into an Apple tomorrow and purchase a Pro will it come with High Sierra? I guess I'm being lazy and don't want to install it myself!

Most likely not, unless you manage to snag one that came off the assembly line very recently. That said, you literally just go to the app store and download High Sierra and press install. It's pretty easy.

    Then just wait a month.

But really? Push the High Sierra icon and walk away. Check later and type in your password a couple of times.

You can literally open the laptop at the apple store and have them update it at the store...

Do you have elves jumping on your chest in order to keep you breathing?

    Probably not.
It will probably take a little time for the new OS to get "worked into" the Apple production lines in China, and then get shipped here.

So if you absolutely do not want to "do the job yourself", you'd best wait 2-3 weeks, at least.

Don't Macs come with the OS release of when they were made?

If I buy a 2016 or 2015 Mac from Apple it won't come with the latest OS
