iPad If I don't sell my iPad Air today will it devalue?

Since tomorrow the new one will be announced.

I am having a hard time selling my iPad air WiFi 64gb for 530 eur (it costs 669 new).

There is a guy who offers me 500 and I'm afraid that if I wait until after the announcement I will not even be able to get 500 eur for it.

What would you do?

Take that and run. I have had my iPad Air which was purchased in March of this year up for $600 for over a week now, and it is a 32GB ATT version, with Applecare+ and the Black Smart cover. $900+ retail once you factor in tax, and I have had no interest, not even a reasonable lower offer. The used market is rugged and I don't think it is just due to the possibility of the new ones.
