If I order a MacBook with an Arabic Keyboard, does it also have English letters?

As the title states, while ordering from the Apple Store online, it gives me an option to select Arabic for the language, I just wanna make sure that means it comes with an English/Arabic keyboard not just Arabic

Out of curiosity, why would you want arabic letters at all if english letters are important to you? You're obviously fluid in english?
