If it delivers 13 Oct - 20 Oct, when would it ship ?

So my orders is processing at the moment, but I want to know when would it ship. I'm planning to go to the apple store and check out the sizes, and would prefer it doesn't get prepared for shipment and lose the ability to cancel before I do so.
