If Old Spice made ads for Apple...

Other than the tune at the end, what did that have to do with Old Spice? Where were the hot women?

I guess you've never seen their most recent ad campaign.

As for the commercial, it was okay but it lacked the main ingredient. The original Old Spice guy was such a damn good presence in the ad. The Apple guy, not so much. Stifled, rather than charismatic.
 
I liked it, but I think it lacks a little bit of the grandiose that makes it just that much funnier, such as how the old spice guy says, "Look again... the tickets are NOW diamonds!"

I love the Old Spice ad that this is spoofing.

I wonder how many takes they did (in the real ad) until it was perfect?
 
I heard they did 50 takes a day for 3 days to get it right, with a crew of 20 people. We made this in 2hrs with 3 takes and no cameraman. 🙂
