I would feel really bad for criticizing his most recent Mac design decisions. :(

Would you really feel bad? I mean honestly? I wouldn't feel bad for having an opinion on something. It would be sad if he died but no more sad than any other celebrity CEO.

I would not want to be holding on to AALP stock that day as I would expect it to take a major nose dive for some time afterwards. As proof of that I submit the 5% decline when Apple announced his medical leave. Apple biggest mistake was making him the face of the company.

I only wonder if Apple would listen to its users better (or perhaps faster) if Jobs is permanently gone.

I would feel that myself and others has stressed him out to the breaking point... the mind operates strangely when people die.

Nobody lives forever - but I do hope for SJs sake that he takes good care of himself, and that he doesn't read MacRumors if it harms him to do so.

Life goes on...
I`d like to think Apple is bigger than one man.
It would have an effect on the company, no doubt, but me personally, no.

Will you be sad when Bill Gates dies?

He's going to die sooner or later, heck we all are.

Why feel bad about criticizing some of his/apple's decisions when he dies? I don't get it.

I believe Apple will stabilize into an even better company. One focused on customers, products, and be more widely accepted.

Yes they are wildly successful monetarily at the present, but at the expense of long term public acceptance.

Presently they are over hyped & far too narcissistic, too focused on creating rumors daily. No other large scale enterprise with staying power does this.

The "New Apple" will be even better and certainly more mature and adult like in it's behavior. Then watch the profits soar.

Apple would be fine after a slight bump. Steve has done more than enough to get things rolling.

I think even if Steve Jobs did pass away, he could die a happy man knowing he managed to rejuvenate a dying company into an industry leader that spreads its fantastic products and influence across the world.

I do hope he's okay, I always look forward to his next big idea.

I would absolutely blame you for his death.

I'm trying to figure out whay you start threads like these. Is it for the attention?
