Would you love it or hate it ?

Doesn't really bother me, black anodized would be nice, but it would show oils much more easily. I just want the new ones to come out so I can get it and finally have the machine I have wanted for years.

I like the silver better. I have a black Vaio and it shows oils all over the place, plus it's plastic.

I don't see it happening

I don't see why it wouldn't.

The Black Macbook was super popular and a black Macbook Pro line would be more in line with their iPod and iPhone designs. They also need to differentiate the MBP 13'' from the MBA's as much as possible. Not to mention they've been using silver FOREVER.

The silver Aluminum still rocks ... maybe they should make the the white MacBook black again.

Apple has been using the type of aluminum found on the current line for only two years.

What is a good way of making a metal laptop that is black not scratch and show the aluminum below?

how good would the current macbook look in black? i dunno just throwing that out there. maybe a matte black like oregons helmets..

Black cars look great when they're scratch free and clean.

When they're not, though..

I know most of us jizzed in our pants when we saw this mock up (just assuming :D)
Well, I thought about this for a sec.
Black Liquid Metal is purely awesome. but. BUT! what would happen to the keyboard? Is Apple going to use silver Aluminum for the keyboard?

You know how on the MBP there is a indicator thingie on the right edge, but on the Intel ad there is 2 lines going...wonder what it could be?
