If upgrading via Upgrade Program make sure 12 payments already posted

I was able to make an advance payment. I did that on Wednesday by calling a CitizensOne rep. On Thursday AM logging on to the CitizensOne website showed the payment as having been made. I called up CitizensOne again to make sure they showed 12 payments as having been made, and they confirmed it.
