iPhone Duo If we wait another year, what might get improved for the Duo 2?

A bit OT, but do you use the tele lens a lot? I have the base 17 (no telephoto lens) and simply crop the image if I want to "zoom in". The resolution seems plenty, especially if I switch to 48mp.

I am not the person you are asking the question to. However, based on your answer, I have a question for you.

Is it a deal breaker for you that the DUO does not have the telephoto lens that the Pro has?

I have had Pros for years now. I am a point and shoot guy. I rarely use the telephoto lens, though it's a nice option to have. As long as I can still take incredible photos of National Parks with the DUO, then I should be fine.

What is your take and are you planning to get the DUO?

I put OT in my post as I'm not planning to buy the Duo. I'm happy with my iPhone 17.

I was curious as to how much use people get from the telephoto lens, as it may play into my upgrade decision in future.

At the moment, I'm very happy with the photos my camera takes, so if I *was* in the market for the Duo, the lack of tele lens wouldn't bother me.
