For ex: On iPhone 4S I have 1-2 bars right now. Will the LTE have a stronger signal than that? (If I have coverage for both).

Lol I doubt my town will get LTE until next year at the earliest. We have a population of like 3,000 so it isn't really worth their money. However, we did get 3G like a year before any of the near, much larger cities did, so anything's possible I guess...

Much of Los Angeles County, however, is not covered. This better change soon.

Unfortunately not...Salt Lake City is scheduled to get an LTE antenna before the end of the year, but I doubt that would effect me much (I'm a bit south).

Yeah it’s crazy that Fayetteville got it before Little Rock but they said its supposed to be in LR by the end of the year so I can wait a while longer. Verizon has it but I've never been a fan of Verizon so I wouldn't change for that. The facetime over 3G thing was a slap in the face though.
