For me it would be:

I would choose either 8 megapixel camera or Siri. According to apple, their 8 megapixel camera will burn other 8 megapixel camera phones. We shall see.

Siri. Thats the only thing I actually want from the 4S anyway, so it looks like I'll skip the iP4S.

The camera is pretty awesome, especially for a phone. That as well as the Siri integration are what I'm looking forward to on the 4S.
