If you get a faulty phone from carrier order can you go to apple store or do you have to go to your local vz or att store to get a swap out.

Yes. Apple has a special inventory of replacement phones. Normally these are refurbs but since the iPhone 6 is new it will be a new phone, not refurb. They will just swap out phones, you keep your box and accessories.

If you want to swap out your phone for a new wrapped phone then you have to do to the place you purchased from.

Thanks i guess faulty apple store if you get the wrong phone. ie wrong storage or color go to att/vz/tmobile?

Same goes if you bought a used iPhone from Craigslist or eBay. The one year warranty stays with the device, not the owner.

Correct. The Apple store won't do an exchange for color or capacity if you bought it somewhere else.
