It's worth sending off an email to them .. I just put the gory details about the activation problems (4 days) and asked if they were giving customers compensation of any kind ..
3 days later got an email of apology and £20 credit at my local store ..
definitely worth doing as it went towards some kind of payment for all the quality time (!!!) I spent listening to their awful muzac while waiting to speak to customer services!!
