You could even buy up a few good condition iMac G5s on eBay and make a dollar off Best Buy. Someone with a stash of 9 or 10 iMac G5s could fund the purchase of a new iMac Pro for a fraction of the asking $5K price tag.

Looking at this for some other older Macs... My mom's 2007 iMac stopped working (we think it's hard drive or something), but if it's labeled as "not working" it's worth $0, but if it's "good" it's $60. Think it's worth trying?

They do test out the electronics to make sure they power on, aren't icloud locked, etc.

I can only imagine it is an outdated price. Someone forgot to zero it out like all the others. I’m sure the moment a customer walks in with a 13 year old iMac G5 and expects to receive $558, they will be quick to remove the pricing from their website.
