I'm downloading the update right now. I don't normally use the iPhone 5 but I sometimes use it as a music player and I saw an article about GPS/Time issues and that the device could become unusable if it's not updated by November 3.

Is this an iPhone 5 problem or an iOS 10 problem? Because I'm running iOS 10.3.3 on an iPhone SE but didn't get an update notification. I'm kinda worried now, that my iPhone may get unusable by November 3rd.
As for performance reasons I really don't want to upgrade to iOS 13 if I don't have to.
