Ahhh the jingle! I watched this cursed video over an hour ago and it's still stuck in my head!

i watched this mid-week and I can't remember the jingle now! I'm a bit disappointed... I'll just have to watch it again. :D :p
 
I wonder if they do any physics maths and calculate the forces and weights necessary to do these things, or whether it's just straight-up trial-and-error? :confused:


And if someone has the mp3 of that jingle, can you post it HERE? :p
 
Ok, at around 5 min 49seconds into the video, where the guy used 5 different marbles simultaneously, how did the marbles speed up so much once they hit that white material? Amazing, but I don't get it. :confused:
 
My Japanese friends have explained what they're saying during that song.

They're saying "Pee-tha-gora-sue-eetch-i", which is just them saying "Pythagora Switch", or "Pythagoras Switch"......pythagoras being that mathematician (and his formula).

That totally adds a new dimension to the song, doesn't it. :cool:
 
I remember that from Japanese TV. I remember watching that a few years ago on a kids' TV programme. It's called "Pythagora Switch", and they also did a funny dance on the show :)
I think the "machines" are submitted by viewers of the show, and they show a selection every week.
