Nope, I use a "Torro" brand case here in the UK and it has 3 card slots. I don't keep any of my credit cards in it, just a business card and a single note for emergencies.

No. Use the wallet offerings from portenzo. Most i have seen are tight fitting to not have slip out happen easily even from other vendors though. If you can see one on person to check though. Won't speak for all cases.

No but I only use 1 card - my Licence and small amount of cash (even then I toss my cash in my coin purse)
I rarely go out without my purse,it's useful for stands and when I just want to use the wristband and I'm at the park concerts etc
