why not sleep in line? That's what I plan on doing. Get there around 11-12 wednesday night, pop out my camping chair w/ foot rest, set my phone's alarm for 6 and be good to go.

I don't sleep outside amongst a bunch of people I neither know nor trust. My bed will do just fine on Wednesday night. Then again, I have the luxury of having reservations at an Apple Store that's inside a mall, so the very earliest that anyone will be able to get inside is 5:30 am.

Yeah I wouldn't be comfortable sleeping while camping out either. My sister took my laptop on a trip and I already sold my 3GS, so all I have left to pass the time is by reading a book when I get to the Apple store at 11pm.
