Okay so I understand that ifaith can save your Ap ticket and SHSH blobs on idevices current firmware. So since I have 5.0 on my iPhone, and I save those and build a custom firmware. Can my brother use that custom firmware to update to 5.0 on his iPhone since he is still on 4.3.2? Both iPhones 4 are GSM.

SHSH blobs and AP tickets are unique to the device that generated them. They are not transferrable to other devices.

Nope, like the others said.
SHSH blobs and those custom stiched IPSW's are device specific.
Your blobs and Apt will not work in order to restore his iphone.
