iFile has just been released and it fixes the old problem of not being able to register itself (for registered users, of course).

I've been testing it on my 7.1b2 iPhone5 and iPad3 and found it flawless. Yo're safe to upgrade.

iFile 2.0.0-1 out - now, it registers itself!

Hmm just upgraded and I previously purchased through Cydia but my registration failed. :( must be because I have a 5s.

Good to go! I uninstalled and logged in with my Google account instead if my Facebook account and reinstalled. Registration successful!

Can someone please tell me how to completely uninstall ifile? Meaning all the extra files it downloads like zip, etc? The new version still crashes at launch so i want to uninstall and re download everything associated with ifile. Thanks!

That's good news, that means MS should be coming out any day now.

1, install OpenSSH if it isn't already installed, as is explained in the main Cydia page, and SSH to your system

2, install APT 0.7 Strict from Cydia:

(If you don't see it, make sure you're configured Cydia for your being a Developer)

3, over SSH, enter apt-get autoremove eu.heinelt.ifile to get rid of iFile and all the dependent but no longer used packages. A screenshot:

I'm using my FB account (the one I've originally puchased iFile from) - no problems here.

Thanks for your help! I did that but it still crashes upon re installing. I will wait it out to see whats going on, thank you though!

I don't know what fixed it for me, but all is working well now. Try running icleaner pro if you have that, iirc that might have helped why ifile was crashing. gl
