iPad iFile on rMini?

I just tried downloading iFile on my rMini, but it's not showing up on my home screen. It says that it's installed in cydia, but it's no where to be found, and still nothing after a hard reset. Am I missing something?

Go back into Cydia, reinstall, and respring
