Some interesting things in the teardown.

1) 205 mAh battery. That's tiny.

2) The diagnostic port is present. You can see the internal connection to the processor in the photos (step 12, the latest published as of this comment). I would guess this is a custom plug using the lightning standard.

3) Some incredibly small tri-wing screws. They had to modify their own tools to get these out.

I believe the batteries in the Gear S and Moto 360 are about 300 mAh.
