iflicks 2 settings

I have some issues with iflicks 2. There were no settings on iflicks 1, I used to drag movies to iflicks and it was doing its job well and hurray. However on iflicks 2, there are some custom settings such as h.264 level, dunno which to choose, subs, audio etc, it also drains network connection, which I never experienced on iflicks 1. The other thing is that my mkv files with, for instance, 5 gb was 4.7 gb after muxing itunes compatible with iflicks 1, but after iflicks 2 it's opposite, 5 gb is 5.2 after muxing. What am I doing wrong?
