iFlicks and MKV

I recently came across iFlicks and have been using to add metadata to my ripped DVDs but I have come across some MKVs that I can't add to the program, they can't be selected, dragged into the program, etc...

I can't figure out why. Any suggestions?

Mp4tools to extract the vid & audio to a mp4, then into iFlicks as per usual. Mp4tools doesn't convert it, just repackages it. Highly recommend.

I think I figured it out. For some reason some of my rips didn't have a file extension (.mkv) so I renamed the files and added that and was then able to drop them into iFlicks and process as usual.
