iFrogz CS acknowledges Summit problems with auto on/off

    Talk to iFrogz CS about my summit. They know there is a problem and supposedly have already fixed it and tested it. They called back as I was typing this...they are going to let me keep the one I have until they get stock of the new ones and they will send one to me as soon as possible. They said it could be two weeks at the most.

    Thats a good start to customer service...lets see if they follow through. :)

    My friend had a similar problem with his case. Glad they are back ordered or I would of had the same problem :p

    Kudos to iFrogz Customer Service. I called yesterday morning about the problem with the summit. By 3 PM yesterday, I had shipment notification of a new one!! So it looks like all the ones shipping now have the magnet fix. I'll update once it comes in to make sure the new one works.

    any updates on the revised Summit?

    looks like an interesting design and something to compare the Ridge and FitFolio to.

    one thing I wonder is that since it has a business card holder on the inside, does the material leave any marks on the screen?
