These cOmpanies should be sending u free revIew units. Especially if your $ is so tight u need to wait for your paycheck.

Sorry for the delay on the pics, long couple days at work. Took a couple quick shots with the iP4, not touched up, and the lighting isn't great, but here's some for your viewing pleasure:

My thoughts on the ifrogz Summit which I received today from GleeMobile.com

My thoughts on the ifrogz Summit which I received today from GleeMobile.com.

To say the very least this is a very under rated case and I thought I would provide some additional comments and pictures, and a its fairly proceed at Gleemobile, with a coupon Summit10 and free shipping, I think it would be hard to find a better bang for the buck out there if your looking for an all around good solid durable day to day case for your new Ipad2.

It is really the best of both worlds, the hard case and the leather folio.

I was surprised when I opened it up and got my Ipad into it. The Summit provides complete full coverage protection for your unit!

Worried about drop protection with your Ipad, this would be a good candidate to consider!

It provides a fairly substantial layer of leather protection on the front and back in addition to having a hard shell sandwiched in the middle. What a great idea!

All the ports on the Ipad are right where they should be, no issues what so ever there.

This is one tough and very very durable case that will undoubtedly take whatever you throw at it, and should stand the test of time given the quality I am seeing.

One of the things I really like is the sleep/wake function works like a charm. I read it was not in the beginning apparently, but rest assured this has been fixed because mine works every time I open the from cover. Marvelous!

Also the magnets are sufficiently strong to hold the cover closed, thereby eliminating the need for those additional straps and rubber bands, its a cleaner, sleeker look.

Don't discount this case based on early reviews, check it out and see for your self, I think if your looking for one case to count on for all your needs, traveling, viewing, reading, whatever, The Summit from Ifrogz is one to consider for sure.

Remember if you go to GleeMobile.com to get one, they are not only discounted but use the coupon Summit10 at check out for an additional 10% for the next couple of days, with free shipping, its a great deal!

If you don't think its as good as I say, well, your covered, you have 30 days
at Glee!

Magnets hold front case cover closed perfectly!

Very little border to contend with unlike some hard shells.

I have to chime in here. I have been in the hunt for a perfect case (for my needs) and this fills it! No bezel coverage. Smart tech. Gives more protection than smart cover. Quallity built.

I bought it at the local att store (gotta try and return it and buy from gleemobile) and am MORE than pleased.

If you really want a nice fitting slim folio type case with no bezel coverage, this is it.

thanks 3 goldens and gleemobile!

thanks golden for the great review, I think you have sold me on the and I'm heading over to Gleemobile.com to get one right now. And I'll surely use that coupon code, what was it again?

Oh yes, summit10

Thanks man for pointing this one out!

The Ifrogz looks pretty good, but I do have a question. Is there a typing angle? The Ilounge review stated there wasn't, and consequently did not rate the Ifrogz as high as it might have otherwise.

What do you mean "typing angle"? There are 3 different angles you can set the iPad in with this case. I've been typing just fine with it. Love this case... very underrated.

That's why I asked. The ILounge review said there wasn't a typing angle. I wanted to know from people who actually use the case whether this was true. Thanks for the information.

Sure thing! I read that same review on ilounge and found that confusing... Happened to see it in an AT&T store, and decided to try it out. It is definitely a solid case.

the third notch there is great for typing, not sure why those guys at ilounge made that statement, completely erroneous!

I have both the Summit and Switch Easy's Canvas, and I'm going to resell the Summit. It's not as flexible as the Canvas, and there is no comfortable typing position. The Canvas is the better choice; if you don't agree, PM me, I have a Summit for sale!

That's odd, mine was a little stiff but after using it I haven't noticed that being a problem at all!

Plus I would hate that clamp closure and prefer the magnetic closure that the iFrogz Summit offers!
Much better idea and design!

Good luck with it though I think its a great protective case!

Can't seem to decide between this & the switcheasy canvass. But I do like the colors on the summit better. Anyone know which of them is lighter?

How could the Summit be as flexible; it doesn't have the crease in the top cover that the Canvas does. More options for positioning iPad equals better case.

Without seeing the video, it was very obvious that the iFrogz case was no where near the quality of the canvas. The plastic looks cheaper and the fake leather looking material is so cheap looking. Ti knew right away.

You know looks can be deceiving. I was very surprised with the overall quality of this case, and nothing wrong with the plastic hhard case either, as good as any solitary shell I have used. Very durable and no rough edges or finishing problems like other cases.

Like I originally said very under rated case.
