...So my iPhone is ringing, I take it out of my pocket and don't want to take the call...the only option that I seem to have is to slide the switch across to answer...If I don't it just keeps ringing.
Is there some way to easily mute the sound & ignore the call if you don't want to answer?
 
Hit one of the volume buttons or the sleep/wake button once to silence the ring, hit the sleep/wake button twice to send it directly to voicemail.
 
Oh that's good to know about the "hit sleep/wake button 2 times and calls get sent to voicemail." I've always known about hitting it or the value key once to silence the ring, but that doesn't send it to voicemail so it'll either keep vibrating or w/e.

If you're already using your phone, the options are "answer" and "decline." But with the "slide to answer" it used to annoy me that there was no ignore option. Good tip!
