The listing clearly states NEW and Amazon has great customer service and returns, but when a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is.

Amazon does not sell new iPads directly. They are sold by other sellers.

It says fulfilled by Amazon and ships with Prime, but the company selling it isn't Amazon...weird. My guess is it's a typo and probably refurb.
