iGTD for dummies

I'm very new to GTD but I understand it pretty well and I'm looking at Midnight Inbox and iGTD. I'm leaning more so towards iGTD because it's free and has syncing with iCal but I'm not 100% sure how I should start.

Is there an iGTD for dummies out there? I had a look at the iGTD website....and it's still pretty hard for me to understand. If there's one out there for Midnight Inbox too that would be nice. 🙂
