iHeartRadio app on Apple Watch Series 3 Cellular?

Hello,
I'm thinking about purchasing the Apple Watch Series 3 GPS + Cellular.

I'm an early morning (before work) outdoor exerciser (runner) and like to listen to my local AM news radio morning show using the "iHeartRadio" app on my iPhone.

Does anybody know if I could load the iHeartRadio app onto the Apple Watch Series 3 and use it (through its own cellular streaming) without having to pay an additional subscription fee for "Apple Music"?

I understand that there is a built in "Radio" app on the Apple Watch Series 3? I think it accesses NPR, CBS News and ESPN radio? Could I access iHeartRadio through that Radio app? Anything you could tell me would be appreciated, thanks!

I have the watch and you can only access the Radio channels listed. You cannot stream iHeart Radio on its own. It has to be tethered to the phone.
