I have IINA 1.3.1 Build 133.

When I open IINA software for an audio program, how can I reduce the size of the IINA GUI on the computer desktop, so that the smallest size becomes the default size every time any audio program is activated.

Currently, the default size of the IINA GUI on the computer desktop is quite large, and I manually reduce the size to the smallest available size every time an audio program is started. As such, I would like to make the smallest size the default size so I no longer have to manually reduce the size of the IINA GUI each time an audio program is started.

Also, when I open an audio program, it always opens in the top right corner of the desktop computer screen by default. How can I change the default location of where the software opens on the desktop computer screen?

Thanks for any tips.

Thanks, I figured it out for IINA 1.3.1 Build 133.

IINA > Preferences > UI > Resize the window to fit video size > Always > Resize window to 0.5x video size (my preference, also applies to audio files).

I don't have an album art option with IINA 1.3.1 Build 133.
My options in the area you have illustrated are:

Toggle picture in picture > Playlist and chapters > Quick settings
None of these options provide information about album art.

But again, this is for IINA 1.3.1 Build 133.

IINA 1.3.1 Build 133 is the latest available at the moment https://github.com/iina/iina/releases

In Preferences – General you should have “Switch to “music mode” automatically when playing an audio file”. If that is checked, IINA displays the available album artwork or its logo if none is available. If you then click on “Toggle album art” the player will switch to it’s smallest size ("mini player") and will remain that way for then subsequent audio files played.
