Hello. Been having a really annoying problem the last 2 days. I had connected my Ikea Tradfri lights with HomeKit and in Apples Home app and it has been working fine for 2 months since I bought them. 2 days ago, I would guess after updating to 13.2, it won't work anymore. It started with all the lights just saying "not connected" in the Home App, despite working perfectly in Ikeas own app for controlling them. It refused to work in Apples app for some reason. Tried removing all the connections to Tradfri so I would start over again but now it won't even connect to my Tradfri bridge when I want to connect it with HomeKit.

Anyone with a similar problem who has a fix? So annoyed with this as I want to controll my light more easily with the Siri and control center integration via HomeKit. I tried deleting the Apple Home app and reinstalling it, rebooting the Ikea bridge and nothing happens when I try to add the bridge in Home. It just spins as if it is searching for HomeKit devices.

HomeKit has been a mess for me for a day or two after updating to each sequential iOS 13 (13.1, 13.1.x, 13.2). Seemed to stabilize over time. Don’t have the IKEA stuff yet (waiting for the blinds) but it may be something on their end.

So the only way to fix this was to reset the whole Ikea Bridge and remote control and reinstall all the lights via Ikeas App and then it worked to add them to HomeKit. Wow Apple has been nothing but a mess lately with their software.
