iLife 09 Documentation

I have a quick question regarding iLife 09. Does anyone know where I might be able to find some kind of documentation either as a download or purchase on how to use the different programs in iLife 09? I am trying to use the new iMovie and am kinda lost.

Thanks, I've already been there. The tutorials are ok but I was looking for something a little more detailed that would really fine tune everything as far as explaining how to do different things.

Usually, a couple of months after the release of iLife there are books you can get.

Looking at Amazon, I saw:

Apple Training Series: iLife 09 (Release: April 16)
The Macintosh iLife 09 (Release May 25)
iLife '09 Portable Genius (Release March 30)
