It doesn't mean anything no one at Amazon or Buy.com knows when Apple's going to update, and those are third-party sellers on those sites anyways. They just got some cheap batches.

Or they just bought a massive batch all in one go so they can sell them for less. One retailer's price cut doesn't mean anything.

Blogs have nothing to do with this. I can write in my blog that iLife '11 will come next Tuesday.

I doubt iLife '09 sells very well at the moment so I'm not surprised that it can be had for ~30 bucks
