iLife '11 Question

I'm sorry if this may seem like a stupid question.

When you buy the iLife '11 disk, when you put it in your Mac does it remove iLife '09 and replace it with iLife '11?

Yes, but iLife '09's iDVD and iWeb will stay and not be replaced.
