Anyone else? Got all the Astute plug-ins installes.
using Illustrator CC with Mavericks no plugins and works just fine.
You could try removing the settings using option command shift while opening illustrator.
You could try booting with plugins disabled (probably try this first) to hone in on the issue.
I have the same issue. I've let the Astute Graphics guys know and hopefully a solution is in the works
Install a Java Runtime Environment
If you hold down Option and Shifty whilst opening Illustrator you will be presented with a system notice offering to download a Java Runtime Environment.
I had the same problem. I have uninstalled the Phantasm plugin going to the Illustrator folder > Plugins and deleted the thing. Seems fine now.
