Suddenly I'm getting this error message when trying to save an Illy ai file. I believed the message the first time and consequently lost my work because the file was not saved.
Anyhoo, I redid the file and got the same error message. I was able to save it as an eps OK.
I restarted Illy and made a test rectangle and got the same error. I then logged out and in as my troubleshooting log in and it was OK there. So I know the problem is in my home folder and not the app.
However I went to look for a cache file as the next culprit but I couldn't find one (in library>cache). Can anyone advise me on what I should look for and where to find it in order to solve this problem. Thanks.
