Illustrator question

Does anyone know how to do this effect in illustrator. The rounded crest shape.

i don't know it off the top of my head but do you really want that shape or the shape with pointy edges as seen on web 2.0 designs? if so you can do that one with the poly/star tool and just give it like 20 points instead of 5.

yes i want to create a rounded edge look like this. no pointy edges

my 2¢

Start with a polygon with 100 sides.
Apply the zig zag filter to it, with smooth points selected.
Experiment with the other zigzag settings.
