It's soooo nice. I think I might actually cry when it gets its first ding.
I'm so glad I got the sapphire display so I don't have to worry about that part of it.
(42 SS, milanse loop)

What does it mean where it says 1/2 day at the bottom of the screen?

Does not seem to own any Apple equipment either so just Trolling.

lol ok.

Run a search for "scratch" on the page. I'm not saying it's going to look demented after the first several months of use. I have a stainless steel watch and it has accumulated scratches over a year, it's unavoidable and the same goes for the Sport models. Imagine the dents the aluminum will get if you hit it against the side of a door frame on accident?

Wow from the sound of it, that guy that used the watch for several weeks and reviewed it didn't like it a whole lot. Seemed like it was good for Apple pay, but it was otherwise slow and not very responsive when trying to look at it to check the time.

People kind of **** on the reviewer (Nilay) for his dislike in the device since Joshua Topolsky, who founded the tech blog but has since departed for Bloomberg, was a huge Apple fan.

Nice! Congrats! What time did you order?

Don't be silly

I like the way that case looks. I've bought a few different ones so that I can snap them on to get the watch different looks depending on the venue. The "naked" watch look is going to become pretty ubiquitous anyway, so these might give it some personality.

I'm so glad I ordered a sport band. The stainless steel milanese band looks very feminine. Sort of like every stainless mesh watch band ever made.

Not all SS mesh bands look feminine; however, they did make the mesh fine rather than thicker like the photos below in order to make it unisex.

Because you were standing over his shoulder when he opened it?

Not difficult to believe him. Plenty of iDevices made their way into retail boxes with scratches and people have had to swap them out. Have you forgotten all about the notorious Black and Slate iPhone 5 arriving out of the box full of nicks and scratches? Obviously that was rushed and factory workers couldn't care less. Who knows if the same is happening with the Watch given the outrage that many people have with the late delivery?

And check the reddit link from above. Thanks for pointing I joined two days ago, glad you spend your time investigating peoples forum accounts.

I love when people point join dates at a forum as a potential reason why your points aren't valid.

I also have joined recently, but have been using Apple products for 31 years, so I may know a thing or two.

Join date means nothing. Sometimes you lose access to an email, forget your password, etc... or just plain lurk forever. I lurked for a couple of years before actually signing up here.

Lurked...haha good choice of words. I did as well, usually when speculation was floating about nextgen phones and ipads.
