A new Trek mountain bike, nothing fancy. I've been riding my old one for the past 10 years and when I ride it I look like a giant riding a tricycle.

I just have to wait 'til payday.

There's ALWAYS a cute barista girl with glasses. Makes you want to order a warm, moist muffin.

I know what you mean. It can be rather frustrating at times, working with her for 8 hours at a time, almost every day. :p

As far as tips go, however, it's a blessing. :D

1974 BMW 2002 tii... now I just have to convince myself to trade in my year old, fast, safe, and above all reliable car for one of those.

I'm lucky enough to have really nice things already but I'd like a new bike such as a Merlin or another Klein. If I had room to store them I'd love to have my own kayaks so I wouldn't have to rent anymore.

The house I rent with some roommates is 1,844 sq ft and Zestimate on zillow is $615,520:eek:

Cheap housing is nonexistant in Southern California

Quick conversion... that's approx £333k GBP... which would get you roughly 700 sq ft here.

Cheap housing is non-existent in London.

This. Well-kept. Cute. Good neighborhood.

For this.

Cheap housing! Yeah!

2,300 sq ft???

My house is about 2,900 and it worth $807,000 according to Zillow and a realtor said between $900,000-$960,000

I would like

1) my own house - so I can stop paying the ridiculous rent
large property included
with nice horse on property .

2) maxed out 15" macbook pro

3) 60gb Video iPod - why not?

4) pay for my ankle reconstruction surgery so I can get it done now instead of waiting for another 3 years...

5) nice furniture for 1). I am tired of living like a student, I have more bookshelves than living space.

6) really nice kitchen cookware stuff

7) custom made leather boots... to go with custom fitted wardrobe

ahh OK I am going to go daydream now...:p

I've been working on the nice kitchen stuff for years now, one piece at a time. At first I didn't have much, but now after nearly 10 years of the one-piece-at-a-time thing, I've got a pretty good collection going. The KitchenAid mixer was the capper, I've made so many loaves of good bread since then...

Yes, housing is very cheap in Buffalo. It seems they've passed by the wild real estate market... in which our house value more than doubled from $109k to over $225K. It's insane.
