So recently I forgot my admin pass for my Mac so I signed in to my other account and searched up “how to restart Mac” after that I heard you had to put your Mac in recovery mode and then go to disk utility and delete something I mistaken it for Macintosh hs and when I deleted it I couldn’t restart my Mac cuz it was blinking some file and now I put it back in recovery mode which looked different because it needed my wifi now I’m back to the recovery mode screen as you see and I don’t know what to do? Can anyone help!?

Can you click reinstall macOS there and install the OS again. That won't get your data back, but it will get the Mac up and running again.

I remember a dude coming on here years ago. He clearly boosted someone’s machine and was looking at how to erase and reconfigure it. His question was very similar.

So, just something to keep in mind when I see a new member and weird azz run on sentences with a strange problem.

Maybe I am just too skeptical!

Makes more sense. Since you'd replied to @Weaselboy, I was thinking you were calling his advice sketchy!
