Okay so say i use windows, then i can open the ftp link in explorer, and just copy a folder at once, but in OSX, i have to drag every single rar file to the file getting window, is there any smoother way to do this. its a bit annoying to have to copy 200 rar files, instead of just a folder... anyone got a solution?

Okay, so I'm not the best person to answer this because I'm a bit of a noob, but...
I believe you can map an FTP server to show up in Finder. Then it's just a matter of drag and drop.
Maybe one of the local experts can explain in more detail...
