Hi,
My current model is a 6th gen iPod classic 120 gb. My family is going on a big trip tomorrow and I wanted to rent some stuff from iTunes and put it on my iPod. So, I rented 2 and bought 1 episode of Family Guy, and bought 1 episode of How I Met Your Mother. I went to sync and the only thing that synced correctly was the purchased episode of Family Guy. The episode of HIMYM is not syncing because "the file format is not supported" by my iPod which makes no sense considering that I got it from iTunes. The two Family Guys won't sync because I can't figure out how. They are in the little rented folder but are no where to be found in the syncing area. Please help!
Thanks!

Most of the newer stuff are encoded for iPod touch and iPhone.

Classic only supports older, lower bit rate files unfortunately.

Maybe contact iTunes, you might be able to get a refund. Or just use your MacBook.
