im having this crappy icloud problem...

Ok, so i preordered a album on itunes and it downloaded to my pc, but i noticed for some reason a week later still, the album is not showing up in my icloud under purchases, does anyone know how i can go about to fix this problem?

Is Automatic Downloads turned on for Music? You can check under Settings>iTunes & App Stores.

Perhaps this could be the problem?

Previous purchases may be unavailable if they have been refunded or are no longer on the iTunes Store.

You could also try signing out and then signing back in.

the problem with what you posted is, the album JUST came out last week and was on the front page.

Where are you looking for it? Under iTunes>More>Purchased (iPhone) or iTunes>Purchased (iPad)?

Browse to the album on the iTunes Store on your phone. It should say "Purchased". You are using the same Apple ID, correct?

You'll never have to re-buy it if it's on your computer. Just sync it if it doesn't show up as purchased on the iTunes Store on your device(s).

done that it shows purchased now in itunes on the phone but not in icloud

Give it time. Maybe since it was a preorder it takes longer to show up under purchased. If iTunes says it was purchased, you're pretty much good to go.

Have you checked under Purchased on iTunes on a computer?

yup and same deal, nothing there, and thats where i preordered from.

This same thing happened to me when i pre-ordered Muse's Second Law. It says "Waiting" under iCloud status in the iTunes library but does show up in purchased playlist. I emailed apple and they made me do some things but nothing works really...

You might never be on WiFi - that could be the problem.
