Ive recently synched my old iPhone and new iPhone multiple times through the night and on my last sync I lost a years worth of notes. I've researched a little and downloaded iPhone backup extractor and sqlite browser. I just need like a step by step through the whole process bc I'm a little confused. Btw I'm using windows vista.
