I'm I killing my iPhones battery ?

so I use my iPhone alot my at my work to kill time like for 5 hours.. on most if the time I'm using wifi.. My questions is..

1. Will it be best to drain the batt down then charge it ?

2.keeping the iPhone charging will be best way ?
