for me... i go for a bike ride. or write.
i need to follow my own advice more often though.

I do be nice to others , every day , constantly as much as I can physically & mentally permit , I need a bit of me time .

I said the same thing when I watched that, she sounded like a bird that was shot and running around. I loved the comment that the officer made when she was still moaning like 7 minutes after getting tazed about how they all have been tazed and that it doesn't hurt that bad.

My mom has a taser, it does not hurt that bad really!

She probably has a low level stun gun or something like that, but I doubt she has an actual tazer.

A tazer looks like a handgun, and fires little barbed leads into the subject and shocks them with the conductive lines attached to each lead. A stun gun looks kind of like a remote control or something like that, and instead of firing electric leads, it needs to be pushed against the body to function.
