I recommend LG Ultra High Definition 4K TV as it takes image clarity to a whole new level with pixel resolution that's four times greater than Full HD

I have a 47" LED LCD Sony Bravia with 1080p, 3D, 240hz, and internet apps. Extremely thin and light as well; I can carry it with one hand with ease.

I've always liked Sony, most of my TVs have been Sony. But, I also have a Samsung in my bedroom. I think going with either brand would be best and then determine what kind of "extras" you want with it.

While it is great, I don't think there are many shows/channels that are broadcasted at 4K, so you won't really get the full experience. I believe Netflix does, however.

Plasma all the way

Not sure if this is too late but I have to add my opinion.

You can't beat a plasma tv for quality especially for blacks. I bought this one http://www.squidoo.com/TC-P60ZT60-review and is fantastic. I watch alot of films and play games so went for the 60". Obviously it depends on your budget as it is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Anyone know where I can find good/recommended settings for my TV? If you missed one of my previous posts, I have a Samsung 40" F5000 Full HD LED TV. I've compared it to my LG TV and the color on the Samsung TV looks grey. What's up with that?

Samsung TVs used to be great but I think they are just overpriced now compared to all the other manufacturers (The Monster Cable of TVs :D).

The last TV that I purchased was a Toshiba flatscreen LED and I have been very happy with it (It was much cheaper then a comparable Samsung TV and I thought it had a much better picture).

Everyone has different viewing preferences and the best way to pick out a new TV is still going to a store with lots of brands (Best Buy, etc.) and comparing models side by side.
